Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Full-Time (or PRN) position. The role involves delivering OT services, screening and evaluating patients, and developing and implementing treatment plans in alignment with our standards.

You will supervise COTAs and rehab technicians, coordinate discharge planning, and ensure compliance with state regulations while supporting growth and clinical leadership within our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients per Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards.
• Screen and evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and supervision of assistants and rehab technicians.
• Supervise COTAs and Rehab Technicians during therapy sessions.
• Ensure compliance with State Practice Acts, OBRA, and company policies.
• Maintain professional conduct and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Communicate effectively and document in English.
