Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in the United States is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time or PRN role. You will deliver occupational therapy services, assess patients, and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with care teams.

You will supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and rehab technicians, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and contribute to program development and outcomes across our partner facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Holds current and valid state OT license.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with established standards.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans; plan for discharge.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and rehab technicians.
• Contribute to growth and sustainability of the OT program.
• Maintain professional conduct and stay informed on OT and healthcare developments.
• Apply billing guidelines and ensure compliance with regulations and policy.
