Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Texas. This position may be offered as Full-Time or PRN, depending on factors, with opportunities to deliver high‑quality therapy across patient populations and care communities.

You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise COTAs and rehab technicians, and participate in discharge planning and program growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patients' functional abilities through direct OT services and coordination.
• Provide supervision/consultation to COTAs.
• Supervise COTAs and rehab techs; ensure efficient resource use.
• Support growth of a strong OT program.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional development.
• Maintain active state OT license and stay updated on field.
• Apply billing guidelines to deliver standards-aligned care.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English in all documentation.
