Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services in accordance with established standards and patient needs. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate care with facilities and the clinical team.

You will supervise COTAs and rehab technicians, maintain current licensure, and stay informed on evolving OT guidelines while delivering high-quality, compliant care across our partner communities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Current and valid state OT license.
• English communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patients’ functional abilities through OT services and coordination.
• Provide supervision and consultation to COTAs.
• Supervise COTAs and Rehab Technicians during therapy sessions.
• Grow and sustain a strong occupational therapy program.
• Advance clinical competencies through collaboration and CE.
• Maintain a valid state OT license and stay informed on developments.
• Apply billing models and guidelines to deliver compliant care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English in documentation.
