Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver OT services, supervise COTAs, and develop treatment plans across various care communities. You’ll collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high‑quality patient care and compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role emphasizes leadership, continued education, and adherence to infection control and documentation standards, with opportunities for professional growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE‑accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patients’ functional abilities through direct provision, oversight, and coordination of occupational therapy services.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Supervise COTAs and Rehab Technicians during individual and group therapy sessions in line with State Practice Acts and company policies.
• Contribute to the growth and sustainability of a strong occupational therapy program.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in occupational therapy and healthcare.
• Apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to deliver care that meets clinical standards.
