Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality OT services across our care communities. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and discharge planning, while supervising COTAs and rehab techs to ensure effective care delivery.

You’ll collaborate with a dedicated clinical team, maintain licensure, and stay current with OT guidelines to support patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program (OT).
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an OT.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patients' functional abilities through direct evaluation and treatment planning.
• Provide supervision and consultation to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Supervise rehab technicians during therapy sessions to ensure quality care.
• Contribute to the growth of a strong occupational therapy program.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain clinical standards and best practices.
• Maintain required licensure and stay informed on OT developments.
