Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OT program completed.
• Current state OT license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services in line with standards and Reliant Rehabilitation policies.
• Screen and evaluate patients to determine needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and discharge plans.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and rehab technicians as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and facility policies.
• Communicate clearly in English with patients, families, and staff.
