Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services within partnered care communities. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, perform discharge planning, supervise assistants and rehab technicians, and manage case coordination to ensure high-quality care in line with professional standards.

You will collaborate with a dedicated clinical team, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to the growth and sustainability of a robust OT

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patients’ functional abilities through direct provision and coordination of occupational therapy services.
• Provide supervision and consultation to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Supervise COTAs and Rehab Technicians during group and individual therapy sessions.
• Contribute to a strong OT program and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed on OT and healthcare developments.
• Apply billing guidelines and treatment protocols to meet clinical goals.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols; ensure compliant documentation.
• Communicate effectively in English with patients, facilities, and team.
