Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver OT services across care communities. The role focuses on patient screening, evaluation, and treatment planning while supporting facilities with high-quality, compliant therapy.

The OT will supervise COTAs and rehab technicians, coordinate discharge planning, and maintain professional standards. A valid state OT license and ACOTE-accredited education are required.

Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OT program completion
• Valid state OT license held
• Rate range note: compensation varies by skill and location

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with standards and company guidelines
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities; provide high-quality care
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans; discharge planning
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians; manage caseload
• Uphold professional conduct and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
• Read, write, speak and understand English effectively
