Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high‑quality OT services to patients in our care communities. You will screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans while coordinating with facilities and families to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will supervise COTAs and rehab technicians, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to program growth through continuous learning and collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current state OT license to practice.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patients’ functional abilities through direct OT services and coordination.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to COTAs.
• Supervise COTAs and rehab technicians during sessions and ensure resource use.
• Grow and sustain a strong OT program.
• Pursue clinical and professional development through collaboration and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay updated on OT and healthcare developments.
• Apply knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines to meet clinical goals.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols in facilities.
