Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• NBCOT certification is required or current.
• Active state OT license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients per care plans.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans and discharge plans.
• Supervise COTAs and rehab techs; ensure adherence to licensing and company policy.
• Maintain professional conduct and quality patient care within regulatory guidelines.
