Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a qualified Occupational Therapist to deliver individualized therapy plans, assess patients, and coordinate care across partner facilities. You will supervise assistants and rehab technicians, ensure adherence to care protocols, and participate in discharge planning while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

Deliver occupational therapy services to patients per established clinical standards.
Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities while delivering high-quality care.
Screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, and supervise assistants and rehab technicians.
Maintain professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
