Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and administer OT programs designed to restore function and independence for patients. You will assess needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living activities.

The role requires PA licensure, BLS, and strong communication with patients and families. A master’s or higher degree is preferred, with clinical home care experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania and BLS certification required upon hire.
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• 1 year clinical experience in Home Care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establish and implement OT plans of care to restore function and independence.
• Provide evidence-based treatment techniques to improve mobility and daily living activities.
• Reassess progress and modify care plans as needed.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and care team.
• Develop measurable goals and ensure regulatory compliance in care delivery.
• Document all interventions and maintain billing-ready records.
