Qualifications

• BLS certification required by state.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements OT plans of care to restore function and independence.
• Implements individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Provides OT treatment aligned with patient needs and evaluation.
• Performs reassessments and updates plans as needed.
• Communicates progress to supervisor, physician and team members.
• Ensures documentation complies with policies and regulatory requirements.
