Ascension Health in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join the Rehabilitation Department on a PRN basis (Mon-Thu). You will evaluate and treat patients facing physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges and design personalized plans of care.

Design Custom Care: Using your clinical intuition, you’ll craft and implement personalized plans of care, selecting the modalities and treatment frequencies that best suit each unique patient’s goals.
Innovate & Adapt: Healing isn’t linear. You will continuously monitor progress and pivot your treatment strategies in real-time to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Educate & Advocate: You’ll serve as a vital bridge for families and caregivers, providing the education and adaptive tools they need to ensure a safe, successful transition home.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
