Ascension’s Rehabilitation team in Milwaukee, WI seeks a part-time Physical Therapist to design recovery plans, perform hands-on interventions, and educate patients and families. You will mentor PTAs and students while partnering with the department to deliver high-quality care.

Design Custom Recovery Paths: Youâll perform initial and ongoing assessments, transforming clinical data into a dynamic, evolving plan of care that meets the patient where they are.
Deliver Hands-On Excellence: Use your technical skills to provide direct therapy interventions, adapting your approach to the unique physiological and emotional needs of each patient.
Empower Families: Recovery is a team effort. Youâll partner closely with patients and their families, ensuring they are educated, involved, and confident in the journey toward home.
Lead with Mentorship: Serve as a clinical guide for PTAs, students, and support personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and shared learning across the department.
