Job summary

JLL is seeking an Occupancy Planner to track, analyze, and update space data across a designated region. You will drive scenario planning and occupancy solutions that optimize workplace efficiency, coordinating with business units, stakeholders, and facility teams to turn data into actionable insights for modern workplace strategies.

You will develop space layouts, perform audits, and create client-ready presentations while supporting hybrid work environments and contemporary office design

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of occupancy planning/space management experience in corporate real estate.
• Familiarity with workplace strategy concepts and hybrid work environments.
• Strong analytical skills with complex datasets and floor plan interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, xlookup) and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships across business units and facility teams.
• Execute monthly reporting, data audits, utilization tracking, and space/layout updates.
• Support occupancy planning tasks with analytical thinking and prudent decision-making.
• Simplify spatial data and contribute to project delivery amid client needs.
• Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for client stakeholders.
• Conduct facility audits and contribute to planning for hybrid work environments.
• Interpret and analyze floor plans using CAFM and BI tools to deliver occupancy solutions.
• Track occupancy metrics supporting mobile and collaborative workplaces.
