JLL is seeking an Occupancy Planner in the Chandler, AZ area to track, analyze, and update space data across client portfolios. You will translate complex floor plans into actionable occupancy strategies supporting hybrid work and modern office design.

You will build strong partnerships across business units, conduct data audits, generate monthly reports, and create compelling presentations for stakeholders at multiple levels. On-site role with opportunities to impact workplace efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
• Experience with workplace strategy concepts and hybrid work environments is desirable.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships across business units, stakeholders, and facility management teams.
• Execute core deliverables including monthly reporting, data audits, utilization tracking, space and adjacency requirements gathering, and space layout updates.
• Support various occupancy planning tasks by applying analytical thinking, decision-making, and sound judgment to solve space challenges.
• Simplify complex spatial data and contribute to project delivery, adapting to changing client needs with proactive solutions.
• Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that consolidate data and floor plans for client stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Conduct facility audits and contribute to planning strategies that optimize workplace efficiency and support hybrid work environments.
• Interpret and analyze floor plans while utilizing space planning tools, CAFM systems, and BI platforms to deliver occupancy solutions.
• Track occupancy utilization metrics and apply contemporary office design principles to support mobile and collaborative workplace trends.
