Job summary

The role partners with executives to translate business needs into innovative workspace solutions. Requirements include 5–7 years in occupancy/space planning, strong presentation skills, and the ability to navigate a matrixed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or related field.
• Background in architecture or interior design that translates to corporate space planning.

Responsibilities

• Strategic space planning and design using CAD to develop test fits and adjacencies.
• Partner with clients and executives to present strategic space solutions.
• Analyze data and create compelling visual presentations to inform decisions.
• Manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.
