Responsibilities

• Engage patients in a polite, prompt, and compassionate manner during all patient interactions.
• Perform clerical tasks: check-in, consent, check-out, pre-registration and real-time eligibility verification, registration, MyChart education, scheduling.
• Provide waiting room concierge service and assist with kiosk check-in.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, mail, deliveries, cash handling, and scanning faxes.
• Support team members by addressing in-basket messages and prioritizing requests.
• Collaborate with Access Center to handle time-sensitive scheduling and clinical inquiries.
