Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network in Lansdale is seeking a Patient Concierge to act as a passionate patient advocate, delivering a unique, patient-centric experience and supporting practice-based administrative and patient services.

The role involves greeting patients, assisting with check-in/check-out, scheduling, MyChart education, and coordinating with the Access Center and care team to address time-sensitive needs.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year practice-based experience or in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Engages patients in a polite, prompt, and compassionate manner during all interactions.
• Performs clerical tasks including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and patient inquiries.
• Delivers waiting room concierge service and assists with kiosk check-in.
• Supports mail, deliveries, and cash handling; scans incoming faxes.
• Coordinates with Access Center and care team for time-sensitive requests.
• Maintains patient-centric, solution-oriented approach with other departments.
