Job summary

Bell Hospital is seeking a Patient Scheduling Specialist for Obstetrics and Gynecology, a full-time role that coordinates surgical procedures across physicians, ORs, anesthesia, and billing teams. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of healthcare scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR and beacon scheduling tools preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume calls and schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient visits across clinics.
• Register patients during scheduling, verify demographics and insurance, and prepare referrals.
• Coordinate anesthesia studies and multi-department scheduling with attention to accuracy.
• Train new staff and support front desk and MyChart workflows.
