Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year scheduling/front office experience in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule OB/GYN appointments and manage phone inquiries.
• Collect co-pays and check-in/check-out patients.
• Scan and organize patient charts; maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Represent clinic professionally and participate in team activities.
• Attend required meetings and participate in development activities.
