Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• 3+ years moving/relocation and HHG experience required.
• Deep knowledge of OA/DA processes and military move networks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Bid & Board Management: Monitor and secure move opportunities via third-party boards.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee end-to-end HHG shipments and services.
• Team Management: Supervise a small team with workload allocation and coaching.
• Vendor & Broker Relations: Partner with brokers and vendors to execute moves.
• Quality Assurance & Billing: Ensure documentation accuracy for billing and standards.
• Non-Military Move Support: Perform non-military move duties as needed.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
