Job summary

New World Van Lines seeks an OA/DA Military Move Specialist Manager to lead Origin Agent and Destination Agent logistics, overseeing high-volume military moves via third-party bid boards. Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate execution.

In this role you will supervise a small team, drive quotes, ensure compliance, maintain billing accuracy, and support non-military moves for NWVL’s partners. Strong leadership and process knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• 3+ years in moving/relocation with HHG exposure.
• Deep OA/DA process knowledge and broker networks.
• Proven leadership and delegation abilities.
• Timely judgment on operations and escalations.
• Collaborates across internal teams, brokers and vendors.
• Clear written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Handles multiple moves, deadlines, priorities, workflows.

Responsibilities

• Bid and board management: monitor, secure and manage opportunities.
• Logistics coordination: end-to-end HHG shipments across moves.
• Team management: supervise and develop coordinators/specialists.
• Vendor/broker relations: partner with brokers and third-party vendors.
• Quality assurance & billing: ensure policy compliance and accurate billing.
• Non-military move support: perform related duties for partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
