Job summary

New World Van Lines is seeking a strategic OA/DA Military Move Specialist Manager to lead Origin Agent (OA) and Destination Agent (DA) logistics for high-volume military moves nationwide. You will oversee a small team, coordinate with brokers and internal staff, and drive compliant, on-time relocation services for service members and partners.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience and deep knowledge of military moving processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• 3+ years moving/relocation industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of Origin Agent (OA) and Destination Agent (DA) processes and military moves.

Responsibilities

• Bid & Board Management: monitor and manage move opportunities via third-party military and corporate bid boards.
• Logistics Coordination: oversee end-to-end household goods shipments, incl. packing, transportation, storage, delivery, and specialty services.
• Team Management: supervise and develop a small team, assign workload, set performance expectations.
• Vendor & Broker Relations: coordinate with Military Move Brokers, internal dispatch, and vendors.
• Quality Assurance & Billing: ensure documentation accuracy to support billing and close-outs.
• Non-Military Move Support: perform non-military move duties in support of NWVL partners.
