Job summary

New World Van Lines in Farmers Branch, TX, seeks an OA/DA Military Move Specialist Manager to lead our Origin Agent and Destination Agent logistics for high-volume military moves. You will coordinate with brokers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate relocations and compliance.

You will supervise a small team, manage third-party bid boards, drive billing accuracy, and support non-military moves as needed.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in moving/relocation customer service and operations.
Deep familiarity with OA/DA processes and military moving broker networks.
Ability to lead a small team and manage workload with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Bid & Board Management: monitor, secure, and manage move opportunities via third-party boards.
Logistics Coordination: oversee end-to-end household goods shipments for military and non-military moves.
Team Management: supervise a small team, assign workload, coach, and ensure performance.
Vendor & Broker Relations: coordinate with brokers and vendors for seamless service.
Quality Assurance & Billing: ensure documentation accuracy to support billing and close-outs.
Non-Military Move Support: perform non-military move duties as needed.
