New World Van Lines is seeking an experienced OA/DA Military Move Specialist Manager to lead Origin and Destination Agent logistics for high-volume military moves and commercial relocations. You will oversee a small team, coordinate with brokers and internal staff, and ensure accurate quotes, timelines, and compliance across diverse moving scenarios.

The role requires 3-5 years of managerial experience and at least 3+ years in moving/relocation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in moving/relocation and HHG.
• Deep familiarity with OA/DA processes and military moving broker networks.

Responsabilités

• Bid & Board Management: Monitor and manage move opportunities via third-party boards.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of HHG shipments.
• Team Management: Supervise and develop a small team of coordinators.
• Vendor & Broker Relations: Collaborate with brokers and vendors for seamless service.
• Quality Assurance & Billing: Ensure documentation accuracy to support billing and close-outs.
• Non-Military Move Support: Perform related non-military move duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
