Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash (O2C) practice to optimize and transform revenue cycle operations for client organizations. You will lead cross-functional workstreams from current-state assessments through solution deployment, aligning business objectives with process improvements and technology solutions.

This role requires collaboration across finance, sales operations, customer service, and IT, with up to 60% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or Consulting.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements with clear objectives, deliverables, and outcomes.
Assess current-state O2C processes and develop future-state operating models.
Identify opportunities for improvement using automation, orchestration, and AI.
Drive transformation across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions management, dispute resolution, and revenue accounting.
