Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant Order to Cash or Finance transformation experience.
• Experience leading O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Order to Cash transformation engagements with clear objectives and deliverables.
• Assess current-state O2C processes and design future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities using automation, orchestration, and AI to improve cash flow.
• Drive transformation across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops across finance, AR, customer service, and shared services.
• Translate requirements into designs, process flows, and testing plans.
• Support system implementation, testing, and adoption of O2C platforms.
• Improve working capital and accelerate cash collection.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and provide updates to leadership.
