Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash practice to optimize revenue cycles by integrating business process expertise with technology-enabled transformation. You will lead workstreams across the delivery lifecycle, from current-state assessments to deployment, while collaborating with finance, IT, and shared services teams across client locations.

Travel up to 60% is expected. The role requires 5–8 years in O2C or related finance transformation, hands-on ERP experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of AI platforms and models related to process improvement in O2C and finance.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes and related controls.
• Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specs, test plans, and implementation documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Order to Cash transformation engagements and define objectives, deliverables and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes and develop future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities for improvement using automation, orchestration, and AI.
• Drive transformation across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions, disputes, and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define improvements, and develop roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, AR, customer service, sales operations, and shared services.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, process flows, user stories, testing scenarios, and deployment plans.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption across O2C platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve working capital and accelerate cash collection.
• Manage project risks and provide updates to leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing delivery environment.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, demonstrations, estimates, and client presentations.
