Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash (O2C) practice to optimize revenue cycle operations and deliver technology-enabled transformations. You will work with finance, sales, and IT stakeholders to improve cash flow, reduce leakage, and enhance customer experience across delivery lifecycles.

You will lead workshops, map processes, define roadmaps, and support deployment of O2C platforms while mentoring junior team members. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant O2C/Finance transformation experience.
• Experience leading O2C transformation across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on ERP and revenue management platform experience (SAP/HighRadius/Zuora).
• Knowledge of AI platforms and prompting for process improvement in O2C.

• Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes and design future-state operating models.
• Identify improvements leveraging automation, orchestration, and AI.
