Job summary

EY seeks a Manager to lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformations for studios, networks, streamers, ad sales organizations, and live venues. You will drive design, delivery, and governance across lead-to-cash processes in a media and entertainment context.

You will guide clients through roadmaps, quantify value, and oversee onshore/offshore delivery while mentoring junior staff and contributing to client proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years in finance transformation, O2C design or revenue ops; consulting experience preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash.
• Assess O2C organizations, processes, and enabling technologies; develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design and implement target operating models for O2C functions with governance and data requirements.
• Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
