Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash expertise and M&E sector fluency to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for studios, networks, streamers and live venues from sales planning through cash application.

You will design operating models, drive workshops, and manage global delivery with an emphasis on governance, data, and KPIs to optimize revenue cycles and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 6+ years in finance transformation, O2C design or revenue ops, consulting preferred.
• Proven M&E, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-cash from quoting to cash.
• Assess O2C orgs, processes and tech; propose transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design target operating models for O2C with governance and data requirements.
• Own design deliverables including process flows, KPIs and data requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops with GPOs, unit leads and tech stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery, scope, RAID logs, and offshore/onshore delivery mix.
• Translate pain points into quantified value: revenue leakage, DSO, billing cycle time.
• Coach staff, contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
