Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager in the Finance Consulting practice to lead technology-enabled Order-to-Cash transformations for Media & Entertainment clients across the Americas. You will drive end-to-end processes from sales planning to cash application and deliver measurable improvements in working capital and customer experience.

Responsibilities include design, solutioning workshops, and staff coaching while coordinating onshore/offshore delivery with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-cash processes spanning quote to cash.
• Assess O2C organizations and design transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design target operating models for O2C functions and establish governance frameworks.
• Own business process design deliverables, KPIs, data requirements and reporting.
