Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep O2C expertise to design and deliver technology-enabled transformations for the Media & Entertainment sector across the Americas. You will lead end-to-end workstreams from sales planning through cash application and supervise delivery teams.

You will partner with GPOs and business units, develop roadmaps, value cases and governance structures, while coaching staff and shaping proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash, including credit and risk approval, customer master data, billing, dispute resolution, AR and collections, and cash application.
• Assess O2C organizations, processes, and enabling technologies; develop transformation roadmaps and business cases to drive efficiency, governance, customer experience, and working capital.
• Design and implement target operating models for O2C, including org structures, governance, and performance management for scalable, digitally enabled revenue cycles.
• Own business process design deliverables - L3 and L4 flows, design decisions, requirements, KPIs, and data requirements.
• Facilitate design/workshops with GPOs, unit leads, SMR and Tech stakeholders; drive decisions and dispositions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope, quality, and engagement economics, including onshore/offshore mix.
• Translate O2C pain points into quantified value cases—revenue leakage, DSO, disputes, billing cycle time, and working capital release.
• Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals, Phase 0 assessments and sector thought leadership.
