Job summary

EY’s US Finance Consulting practice is seeking a Manager with deep O2C expertise to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for studios, networks, and streaming platforms. You will own end-to-end processes from lead-to-cash, develop roadmaps, and drive measurable working capital improvements across global delivery teams.

You will coach staff and seniors, contribute to proposals, and help shape sector thought leadership within EY.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
MBA or CPA a plus.
6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across the full taxonomy: lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash.
Assess O2C organizations, processes, and enabling technologies; develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
Design and implement target operating models for O2C functions with governance and data requirements.
Own business process design deliverables—L3/L4 flows, KPIs, and data needs.
Facilitate workshops with GPOs, business unit leads, SMR, and technology stakeholders.
Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope, and engagement economics.
Translate O2C pain points into quantified value cases (DSO, revenue leakage, etc.).
Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
