Job summary

EY, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Manager with deep O2C expertise and Media & Entertainment sector fluency to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for studios, networks, streamers and live venues.

You will drive end-to-end design, governance and value realization, while coaching teams and delivering client-ready solutions across onshore/offshore delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA advantageous.
• 6+ years in finance transformation, O2C design or revenue operations; consulting preferred.
• Proven experience in Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sectors.
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams from quote to cash and credit management.
• Assess and redesign O2C processes, governance, and data requirements.
• Design target operating models and KPIs for revenue cycle functions.
• Facilitate client design workshops and manage delivery plan and RAID.
• Translate pain points into quantified value and coach staff.
