Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash (O2C) expertise and Media & Entertainment sector fluency to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for studios and networks. You will design operating models, govern processes, and drive value through cash applications, billing, and collections across global delivery models.

You will mentor staff, support proposals, and contribute to Sector thought leadership while partnering with GPOs and business leads to deliver measurable improvements in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across the full taxonomy: lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash.
• Assess O2C organizations and processes; develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design target operating models for O2C functions and governance frameworks.
• Own business process design deliverables including KPIs and data requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops with GPOs and stakeholders; drive decisions and dispositions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope, quality and engagement economics.
• Translate pain points into quantified value cases: revenue leakage, DSO, billing cycle time.
• Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
