EY is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash expertise and Media & Entertainment sector fluency to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations from sales planning through cash application for studios, networks, streamers, and live venue operators. The role emphasizes end-to-end process design, governance, and measurable working capital improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash processes.
Assess O2C organizations, processes, and enabling technologies; develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
Design and implement target operating models for Order-to-Cash functions with governance and performance management.
Own business process design deliverables—L3/L4 flows, design decisions, requirements, KPIs, data needs.
Facilitate design workshops with GPOs and stakeholders; drive decisions and document dispositions.
Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope, deliverable quality, and global delivery leverage.
Translate O2C pain points into quantified value cases like revenue leakage and DSO improvements.
Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
