Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash expertise and Media & Entertainment sector fluency to lead end-to-end O2C transformations for studios, networks, streamers, ad sales organizations, and live venues.

You will design operating models, drive performance metrics, mentor staff, and collaborate with GPOs, business leads, and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable working capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C design or revenue ops; consulting preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash.
• Assess O2C orgs, processes, and enabling tech; develop roadmaps and business cases.
• Design and implement target operating models for O2C functions.
• Own business process design deliverables (L3/L4), data requirements and KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops with GPOs, BU leads, SMRs and technology stakeholders; drive decisions.
