Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level professional to lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformations for Media & Entertainment clients across the Americas. The role focuses on design, governance, and value realization from sales planning to cash application.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in finance transformation, strong executive communication, and consulting experience within high-volume revenue environments. EY offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package and opportunities across U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations.
• Consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash.
• Assess O2C processes, develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design target operating models for O2C functions and governance frameworks.
• Own design deliverables with data requirements, KPIs and master data needs.
• Facilitate Workshops with GPOs, leads and technology stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery, scope, RAID, and engagement economics.
• Translate pain points into quantified value cases and revenue improvements.
• Coach staff and contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
