Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Finance Consulting to lead technology-enabled Order-to-Cash transformations for the Media & Entertainment sector across the Americas. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 6+ years in finance transformation, O2C design or revenue ops; consulting exp preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverables skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice, invoice-to-cash.
• Assess O2C processes and tech; develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design target operating models for O2C with governance and data requirements.
• Own L3/L4 process flows, design decisions, and KPI definitions.
• Facilitate workshops with GPOs, BU leads, SMRs and tech stakeholders; drive decisions.
