Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead complex Order-to-Cash transformations for the Media & Entertainment sector. This role guides end-to-end process redesign, governance, data management and performance measurement across global teams.

You will design operating models, collaborate with GPOs, and deliver measurable improvements in revenue cycle efficiency, cash flow and customer experience. Location options include Sacramento with a national EY footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash.
• Assess O2C organizations and develop roadmaps and business cases for efficiency and working capital improvement.
• Design target operating models for O2C functions with governance and data requirements.
• Own design deliverables including process flows, design decisions, KPIs, and data requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners and stakeholders; drive decisions and dispositions.
