Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash (O2C) practice to optimize revenue cycle operations through process design and technology-enabled transformation. You will lead client engagements, collaborate with finance, sales, and IT teams, and drive value realization across multiple O2C domains.

Travel to client sites can be up to 60%, with opportunities to work across diverse industries in a globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of leading AI platforms and models, including prompting related to process improvement and order to cash insights.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes and related controls.
• Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Ability and willingness to work directly with clients and travel as required by engagement needs. Travel can range up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements and define objectives, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes, identify improvements, and develop future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities for improvement using automation, orchestration and AI.
• Drive transformation across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions management, dispute resolution, and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to gather requirements and develop roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, accounts receivable, customer service, sales ops, and shared services.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, flows, user stories, test scenarios, and deployment plans.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption across O2C platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve working capital and cash collection.
• Manage project risks and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative delivery environment.
• Support business development activities including proposals, demos, estimates, and client presentations.
