Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in our Order to Cash (O2C) practice to help clients optimize their revenue cycle operations through business process expertise and technology-enabled transformation. You will work with client stakeholders across finance, sales, customer service, and IT to improve cash flow and reduce revenue leakage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant O2C or Finance transformation experience.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on ERP and revenue management platform experience (SAP, HighRadius, Zuora).
• Understanding of AI platforms and process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes and design future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities leveraging automation, orchestration, and AI.
• Drive transformations across billing, invoicing, cash applications, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Gather requirements, define improvements, and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, AR, customer service, and shared services.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, user stories, and deployment plans.
• Support system implementation, testing, and user adoption.
• Improve working capital and accelerate cash collection.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and report to leadership; mentor junior staff.
• Support business development with proposals and demonstrations.
