Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in the Order to Cash (O2C) practice to help clients optimize revenue cycle operations through business processes and technology-enabled transformation. You will work with finance, sales, customer service, and IT to improve cash flow and customer experience.

The role leads workstreams across the delivery lifecycle, from current-state assessments to deployment, and requires collaboration across locations with travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, or related field.
• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant O2C, AR, revenue operations, or consulting experience.
• Experience leading O2C transformation across invoicing, billing, collections, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on ERP and revenue management experience: SAP, HighRadius, Zuora.
• Understanding AI platforms and prompting for O2C process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting background.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements with clear objectives, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state models.
• Identify opportunities using automation, orchestration, and AI to support continuous improvement.
• Drive transformation across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions, disputes, and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, AR, customer service, sales, and shared services.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, flows, user stories, testing scenarios, deployment plans.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption across O2C platforms.
• Identify opportunities to optimize working capital and accelerate cash collection.
