Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash (O2C) practice to optimize revenue cycle operations with process and technology-enabled transformation. You will lead workstreams across the delivery lifecycle, collaborating with finance, sales, and IT stakeholders to improve cash flow and customer experience.

You will design future-state operating models, drive automation and AI opportunities, and manage risks while mentoring junior team members. Travel up to 60% may be required across client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of AI platforms and models related to process improvement and O2C insights.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes and related controls.
• Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Order to Cash transformation engagements and define objectives, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes, identify improvements, and develop future-state models.
• Identify opportunities for automation, orchestration and AI enhancements across O2C.
• Drive transformation across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions, disputes, and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define improvements, and develop roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, AR, customer service, sales operations, and shared services.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, process flows, user stories, testing scenarios, and deployment plans.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption across O2C platforms.
• Identify ways to improve working capital and accelerate cash collection.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution; report to leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative delivery environment.
• Support business development: proposals, demos, estimates, and client presentations.
