Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Approximately 5–8 years of experience in Order to Cash or related finance transformation roles.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of AI platforms and models for process improvement in O2C.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements with clear objectives and deliverables.
• Assess current-state O2C processes and design future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities leveraging automation, orchestration, and AI.
• Drive transformation across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Gather requirements, define improvements, and develop implementation roadmaps.
