Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash practice to optimize revenue cycle operations and drive technology-enabled transformation. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, design future-state models, and partner with clients across finance, operations and IT to improve cash flow and customer experience.

The role requires travel up to 60% and involves working with SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, and other ERP platforms to deliver tangible business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related field required.
5–8 years in O2C or related Finance transformation roles.
Experience with invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, revenue accounting.
Hands-on with ERP and revenue management platforms (SAP/HighRadius/Zuora).
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable tech-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements with clear objectives, deliverables and outcomes.
Assess current-state O2C processes and design future-state operating models.
Develop roadmaps and implement process improvements leveraging automation/AI.
Drive initiatives across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application and deductions management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define implementation plans.
Facilitate workshops with finance, AR, customer service and sales operations.
Translate requirements into functional designs, test scenarios and deployment plans.
Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and user adoption across O2C platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve working capital and cash flow.
